Essential Criteria
Your own ABN and Insurances (or willing to obtain)
Support Coordinator: Minimum 6 months experience working with people with disabilities in a Support Coordination, Local area Coordination or NDIS planning role.
Specialist Support Coordinator: Bachelor degree in a health related discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or other Allied Health)
Psychosocial Recovery Coach: Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health or equivalent training; or a minimum of two years’ lived or learned experience in mental health related work
Knowledge and understanding of the NDIS (or working toward) including interpreting and implementing all aspects of NDIS plans
Valid Driver’s licence and comprehensively insured motor vehicle
Hold a current Working with Children Check
NDIS worker screening check
