Wellspace Australia started with one person's dream to make a huge difference in supporting participants with disabilities live life to their fullest potential. We have been a family-owned since 1978, with extensive experience in the disability, mental health and community service sectors. We were a part of the initial roll out in South-West Sydney in 2016 and supported participants to transition onto the National Disability Insurance Scheme.

Our belief is that everyone has the right to live an ordinary and extraordinary life. As a team, we are down to earth and always go above and beyond to make a positive difference in our participant's lives. We are passionate, experienced and committed to providing person-centered and strengths-based approach.

Our Support Coordinators and Recovery Coaches are known for going above and beyond to support our participants in reaching their goals. We are a passionate, motivated, determined and positive team who will be there to support you every step of the way.

Wellspace Australia has capacity nationwide! Our head office is based in Sydney, New South Wales and we have amazing and experienced teams in metropolitan and regional areas in all states.

At Wellspace Australia, our team maintains a realistic caseload to ensure you are provided with the best quality service. We don’t have KPI’s or high caseloads, we pride ourselves on the model we have in place which allows our team members the flexibility and space to provide a quality support to all of their participants.

Our Services

Support Connection

This service is designed to help you build the skills needed to understand and effectively use your NDIS plan. Our Support Coordinators work alongside you to connect with the right services and supports, increasing your capacity to navigate your plan, develop relationships with providers, and achieve your goals.
Support Coordination

This support will assist you to build the skills you need to understand and use your plan. A Support Coordinator will work with you to ensure a mix of supports are used to increase your capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live more independently and be included in your community.
Specialist Support Coordination

This is a higher level of Support Coordination. It is for people whose situations are more complex and who need specialist support. A Specialist Support Coordinator will assist you to manage challenges in your support environment and ensuring consistent delivery of service.
Psychosocial Recovery Coaching

Recovery coaching can support you with your recovery and is funded through your NDIS plan. Recovery means being able to live a purposeful and meaningful life. At Wellspace Australia we have a specialised and experienced team of Recovery Coaches with a capacity to support you in your recovery.
Private Case Management

At Wellspace Australia, we provide tailored private case management services designed to support individuals in achieving their goals. Our compassionate and experienced team works closely with you to navigate life's complexities, offering guidance and personalized solutions that empower you to thrive.
Assistance Accessing the NDIS
